The l.ouvre press is fitted with tapered guid bars to allow the forming of the two sets of tapered louvres for each side of the fuel tank at the rear.  These are then cut to shape and soft soldered to the plate provided for them that extends under the tank.  The 8 into one exhaust header is fabricated from brass tubing silver soldered together to match the aluminium pattern.  This provides a guide for the run of the pipes from the engine back past the firewall and scuttle.
