The inside of the screen and side door/window frame is made from thin copper sheet formed between the original cabin top die and mould.  It is made with enough spare to allow for cutting and filing the final inside dimensions and shaping at a later stage.  It is soft soldered to the front section of the body frame with the rear legs folded back for fitting later. The plating of the top of the dash and the rear inside window frame are also made and fitted at this stage. With the frame now complete it is assembled inside the body shell. The front and rear sections being placed inside the shell and the corresponding locating pines at the top and bottom of the rear door frame, set home to form one assembly.
